Privacy Policy

How Dale collects, uses, and protects information — including how we handle phone calls, text messages, and the rights of California residents.

Effective: April 30, 2026 Last updated: April 30, 2026

01Who we are

Dale is a service of Me Rigani Productions, Inc., a California corporation doing business as GetDale (“Dale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our principal place of business is 4210 York Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90065. Our fictitious business name was filed with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk on April 21, 2026 (Filing No. 2026086330).

Dale provides AI-powered phone answering, job booking, and customer communication tools to small trade businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

02Scope of this policy

This policy covers two distinct groups of people whose information may pass through Dale:

Where this policy refers to “you” without qualification, the relevant section applies to both groups. Where the practices differ, we identify which group is being described.

Important

When you call a phone number operated by one of our Clients, your information is collected on the Client's behalf, and the Client is the data controller for that information. Dale acts as a service provider to the Client. Questions about the Client's own privacy practices should be directed to the Client.

03Information we collect

From Clients (subscribers)

From end users (callers)

Automatically collected (website visitors)

04How we use information

We use the information described above to:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05SMS communications

Dale sends and receives SMS text messages through licensed telecommunications providers. There are two distinct SMS programs.

Client SMS program

When you subscribe to Dale, you consent to receive transactional and operational text messages from us, including daily morning check-in summaries, lead notifications, appointment alerts, billing notices, and service announcements.

End-user SMS program

When you call a phone number operated by one of our Clients, the Client may send you transactional text messages through Dale — for example, an appointment confirmation, a follow-up after a service visit, or an invoice. These messages are sent on the Client's behalf and are subject to the Client's own opt-in and opt-out practices. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages from that Client.

No marketing sharing

Mobile information collected through Dale — including phone numbers and SMS content — is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is not shared with any third party.

06Phone calls & AI handling

When you call a phone number operated by one of our Clients, your call may be answered by an automated AI voice agent. The agent will identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call and will inform you that the call is being recorded.

07How we share information

We share information only as described below.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
