I built Dale because of guys like my old bosses.
They were great at what they did. They knew their trade inside and out. They showed up every day, did the work right, and built something real. But the phone kept ringing while they were on a job, and by the time they could call back, the customer had already called someone else.
That's not a skill problem. That's a staffing problem. And for a 1 or 2 truck operation, hiring a full-time receptionist isn't in the budget — and it probably never will be.
So I built Dale. It answers every call, qualifies the lead, books the job right into the calendar, and follows up automatically. When the job's done, it sends the invoice reminder and asks for a Google review. The owner gets a text every morning telling them what's happening that day and who needs a callback.
I'm not trying to replace anyone. I'm trying to give the guys who are out there doing the work a fair shot at actually keeping the jobs they earn.
